It was so much fun creating the background with mists masks stamps and gesso! I loved the idea of using letters as a background and kept it simple to reflect the fact that my grandson was just learning the alphabet when this photo of him was taken. The sombre colours of Josh Meils’ artwork inspired my colour choice for the background to contrast with the bright happy photo. Thanks to ARTastic for the inspiration.
