Believe in the magic of Christmas

Hi, I am combining 2 challenges today with this Christmas layout – last years photo so needed to scrap it before the stock is replenished this year! The sketch over at Clique kits was just right for these project life cards and the Archiscraps requirement was to have something at an angle. I have hidden journalling under the title. Thanks for the inspiration.

Dusty Attic November Moodboard

I really enjoyed getting a bit messy with this layout and used my last frame from the Fleur de Lis Frames (DA0511) and a Lacey Corner (DA 0847) as the foundation for the background. Then I added gesso, texture paste, mists perfect pearls and pearls. Thanks for the inspiration.

Perfect Moment

I love this photo of my granddaughter fishing and have used the sketch from Grand Divas Creative Corner and combined this with the This or That challenge to use cork or wood from Rochelle Spears. I have used Cork to cut my “Love This” embellishment and wood grain paper.

I will also add to the Annas Craft Cupboard mini challenge for November which requires the use of the word MOMENT.

Thanks for the inspiration from these wonderful blogs.

Scrapbookit November Sketch

Hi and thanks for the fun sketch from Jane Garner, the new design team member over at Scrapbookit. I was really keen to use some birthday photos of my twin grandies but I found it very difficult to work out a colour combo. In the end I stuck with black and white with touch of red – well quite a lot really. Thanks again.
