White with 1 November challenge

Kaisercraft November Bingo Challenge

Hi, its always hard to choose in which direction to go in the bingo challenges but I have decided upon the right hand column :- squares, white background,mixed media and favourite photo. I have mainly used papers from the Ubid Dreams collection and some stickers from that collection too. I have also used wood veneers from the snapshot flourish pack, Blue bay collectables, kaisercraft layering stamps and the floral circle from the Secret Garden, mist, texture paste,black stamping ink, a doily and “fabulous” die cut. I layered the stitched squares into random packs to give the layout more depth.

Dream, Explore, Discover – November challenges

Hi, I am combining the CSI #242 challenge with the More Than Words Challenge  with this layout. More than Words  have the inspirational word “outdoors” and a woodgrain element requirements. I have chosen to use the traditional from clues from CSI – Scene Evidence and testimony.

Kraft Plus November challenge

Think Big – another great challenge from Kraft Plus. I have used a big photo so have used daily subtle embellishments.  I marked a grid on the background cardstock using an un-threaded sewing machine and then adhered kraft die cut anchors in each square before lightly inking with bark coloured ink. I have used real shells and fussy cut embellishments as well as twine and florists mesh to finish off the layout.

Live life in full bloom

I love the sentiment “Live life in full bloom” from this months Scrapbookit challenge and have combined in with Scrap Our Stash’s November 1 word and sketch challenge.

T – texture paste, H – heart, A- ampersand, N – netting, K – kaisercraft mask and mist, S – stitching

Family

Hi , I have combined the rewind sketch challenge from GrandDiva’s Creative Corner with Rochelle Spears scrappy friends challenge with this layout. Thanks for the great inspiration ladies.

I have mirror imaged the sketch and was inspired by the words “Family” and “Leaves” from the word art inspiration. I have also used autumnal colour tones from the word art inspiration picture for my layout.
